  • 4, 60-minute Group Zoom calls- where you can receive support for each week’s milestones, whether it’s to celebrate wins or get help with challenges, ask questions and enjoy the community of like-minded people.

Meet Your Mentor, Virginia Waterstreet, Certified Health Coach 

Guiding others to reduce brain health risks is a mission born from personal experience, as I cared for my father and father-in-law through their battles with dementia. This deeply personal journey fueled my commitment to understanding the science of brain health and healthy aging, which encompasses 5 crucial pillars of health. I am currently studying Brain Neuroscience Coaching under the mentorship of a well-established neurologist.

As a lifelong learner, I've harnessed this knowledge of these 5 elements of lifestyle habits to remain medication-free, maintain a healthy weight, and enjoy boundless energy with a clear mind and positive outlook. 

My passion for brain health risk reduction is not just a career; it's a calling to make a difference in the lives of those who seek to stay vibrant and connected with their loved ones as they age.
